[What is No Distance?]
A new fan communication service that connects artists and fans.
You can enjoy one-on-one online talks with artists and message videos from artists.

■Two functions of No Distance
(1) Message video
[From the artist to you]
You will receive a video message from the artist to you on Christmas, New Year, anniversaries, etc.
[As a gift for someone special]
We will deliver a message from your favorite artist as a gift video to your dearest friends and family.

(2) One-on-one online talk
You can enjoy the real experience of receiving a video call from your favorite artist.

■How to use No Distance
1: Get the event code
Obtain the event participation code from the store, benefits, etc. The code is 6 digit alphanumeric characters
2: Register the code in the app
Register your code, nickname, comments and questions for the artist.
3: Just wait for the event/distribution
The app will start counting until the event. Enjoy online talks and video streaming.

■This app is exclusively for those who have an event code.
・Obtain the event participation code from the store, benefits, etc.
・Simple registration method, just enter the 6-digit alphanumeric event code

■One-on-one online talk
・You can talk within the time specified for each event, so please let us know your thoughts.
・You may be able to have the artist call you by setting the nickname you want to be called.
- Conversations with artists are saved and can be played back and enjoyed later.
・Artists' videos are saved on the server, and your videos are saved on your device.

■To make it easier to notice important calls from artists.
When the [Display on top of other apps] setting screen appears, turn it on (allow).

■Other points to note
-Videos will no longer be viewable after the period specified for each event.
・Video may not be provided for one-on-one online talks depending on the event.
・The artists and events in the images are fictitious.


【Operating environment】
・OS: Android 8 or higher
・Free space on device: 300MB or more
*It may not be available depending on the model or settings.
