When ordering an Entree it offers pre-defined combinations of drinks and sides under MAKE IT A MEAL, but if you want Fries & Bottled drink, not an option; if you want Fried Pickles instead of Fries, not an option. They should not have pre-defined options. Both Entree and Side Dish orders ask for Bag or No Bag fee. Why ask twice? After ordering it popped up a window for comments. It gives a server error if you type too much. No way to know that. Food is quite good. Order in person.

The food here is fantastic. The chicken is cooked to perfection. Besides the amazing chicken, the fried pickles are top notch, the house (blazing) sauce is a wonderful accompaniment to everything, the bowls are exceedingly filling, and sides are delicious too. As for heat, the extra hot and blazing are legitimately spicy. I usually go as hot as it gets for food but I find myself ordering hot here because you can really taste how well the chicken is prepared.

the locations I go to don't even use the point system so the app is kind of worthless aside from ordering online which is some bull.
