App review: Loyalty program doesn't work properly; if I order/partial pay using any points, I don't get any points for that order. Also, the app tacks on a $.99 "service fee" to every order. I will not tip if you're going to take money from me for.... what? The convenience of not standing in line? Of me entering my order for you? Kettle bagels food review: this place has great fresh food and I like it better than the breakfast chains. The people behind the counter are friendly.

Nobody wants to download a separate app to order online. The app is terrible the menu doesn't have descriptions of the item so you have to individually click on each item to figure out what the heck it is. Then you have to click to include everything in said item? Definitely will keep me from ordering.
