The LeadershipSOPs App (SOPsApp) is a first-of-its-kind leadership enablement platform that allows leaders to define, manage, measure, and share their most meaningful leadership routines. Built on the LeadershipSOPs framework, the SOPsApp helps you structure, operate, and perfect your communities of effort (CoEs). Whether you are a frontline supervisor, a project manager, or a senior executive, it adapts to you, your SOPs and as many teams as you lead.
Unlike learning management systems which focus on training, the SOPsApp focuses on prompting and improving action. Leaders use its powerful AI, social networking, and workflow automation functions to determine and digitally support their own personal systems of leading. Professional coaches and trainers use it to write and recommend SOPs that reinforce client opportunities, review and refine client playbooks, and publicly promote their own leadership IP (intellectual property).
