Search your photo library using text visible inside your pictures. Type a word from a screenshot, receipt, sign, label or note, and KeePix brings together the matching photos so you can get back to what you need.

FIND PHOTOS BY TEXT

Turn the words inside your photos into a searchable index. KeePix reads text from the photos you allow it to access and lets you search that text from one simple screen.

You can use KeePix to find:

• Screenshots with a name, message or reference number
• Receipts containing a shop or product name
• Photos of signs, menus and notices
• Product labels and packaging
• Notes, reminders and other photographed text

SEARCH THE WAY YOU REMEMBER

Enter one or more words in the search box. Every word in your search helps narrow the results. Put a phrase in quotation marks when you remember the words together.

Choose the match style that fits your search:

• Contains — find text containing your search
• Exact — match the complete word
• Starts with — find words beginning with your text
• Ends with — find words ending with your text

SEE WHAT MATCHED

Your results appear as a clear photo grid. Each result includes a short text snippet showing why it matched. Open a photo, swipe through the results, enlarge it for a closer look, share it or move it to another gallery folder.

CHOOSE HOW KEEPIX READS

Select the reading mode that suits your library:

• Quick uses a smaller photo preview
• Detailed gives you the standard reading experience
• Deep uses a larger preview to help with smaller text and longer numbers

You can search photos that have already been read while KeePix continues working through the rest of your library. Pause when you need to, continue later and use Check for new photos when your gallery changes.

ON-DEVICE PHOTO SEARCH

KeePix performs photo reading and search on your device. Your searchable text index is stored locally. If you clear the search index, your photos remain in your gallery and you can read them again whenever you choose.

MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY GALLERY

Use a light, dark or system theme. Give KeePix access to your full photo library or selected photos, then search only the pictures available to the app.
