It only works through wifi. That's the worse part. I needed to call someone without using wifi in case of a emergency. When calling without wifi it freezes and doesn't even work. I can see the interpreter fine but they cannot see me based without wifi. When using DUO, we had no problems. But with using ntouch isn't good to use for emergency purposes without wifi. Please fix it!!! Given a star rate. 2.5.

In the past before all those unnecessary updated app, I could always use VCO on this app until several updated app later, I now have to turn on the microphone manually. And during the VCO call, (about 5 minutes into the call) the microphone for this app quit working. In the past, I had set up VCO and it always automatically by itself. Now it doesn't. I hate it. Bring back the original configuration for VCO of this app...

Since the Oct 2019 upgrade, the app is working worse than before. Microphone rendered useless. Phone mic was interfered and no longer works. Microphone switch must be turned on manually at every call. Takes longer for phone to ring and when answered, caller has long since hung up. Incoming calls not shown on front screen as requested. Please fix or go back to old program
