About this app

This app is designed for beginners learning Pansori.

Using standard audio recordings sung by master singers from the World Pansori Association and sheet music created by the Association itself, you will learn one phrase at a time following a 30-session curriculum.

▍Listening
Listen to the standard audio while viewing the sheet music and lyrics simultaneously. Move the cursor to follow the notes being sung.

▍Focused Learning
Practice each session by dividing it into three categories: pitch, rhythm, and ornamentation.

When you sing, the app displays the higher and lower sections compared to the standard pitch.

▍Complete Performance Challenge
Sing a session from beginning to end and receive a score. You can attempt this multiple times.

▍Pre-learning
Begin by reading the text written by the Association first, which explains what Pansori is, what rhythm and ornamentation are, and how to vocalize.
