Scheduled someone to come fix my washing machine. They never came. I called customer service and they were closed. I called a few times the next day around noon before their phone connected. The guy said he would find out what happened and call me back. After 3 hours I called back but their phone didn't connect for over 15 call attempts. They never called back. This app is a waste of time. Thankfully I didn't prepay for the service with my credit card and I selected cash as the payment method.

Worst service quality, they have basically no idea about service, they have zero concern about service recipients, and obviously no idea what their name even means! Sending my Samsung mobile to service through them, was the worst idea! Took them three days to collect it, it was fixed in the same day based on Samsung tracker, it sat waiting for their pickup for three weeks! Samsung had to send it to me by themselves! Don't use this app, it is fraud!

It's sad that such a big company has such an inefficient app when it comes to providing simple services. I'm surprised that Samsung has partnered with you because your service is terrible. Your service for cellphones should be a streamlined process, but that isn't the case. Don't you have a department that constantly maintains these services offered to customers? It's been 2 weeks since my request and I've called a million times, but nobody answers. When they do, they have no answers. Terrible.
