It's sad that such a big company has such an inefficient app when it comes to providing simple services. I'm surprised that Samsung has partnered with you because your service is terrible. Your service for cellphones should be a streamlined process, but that isn't the case. Don't you have a department that constantly maintains these services offered to customers? It's been 2 weeks since my request and I've called a million times, but nobody answers. When they do, they have no answers. Terrible.

Very bad app with a very bad people, they are not commited; after paying for them they cancel the visit and did not return back the money.

The worse of the worse service ever , I took a cleaning service at 4 pm its now 8 pm and am still waiting no one contacted me and the customer service isn't answering ... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 And BTW this is the second time they do this 👎
