It was the worst experience any customer could have, I sent my phone for screen maintenance, after one week they called me saying the camera cover is broken and I have to pay 240 sar extra to fix it, when I told them I don't want to replace the cover just the screen they say either you pay the extra or we will return the device, I payed the amount then after one week they called me again and asking for additional cost because the internal screen was broken , I seriously don't recommend this app

Worst experience ever. So slow and no respect for customer. Number wasnt getting verified for some reason. After finally submitting it took 2 days to come pick up my phone. Over a week and still no luck. My phone is still with them. Saying engineer assigned. So SlOW. I called customer care 15 times . No one picked up 1st. Second time one lady picked up the moment i told her my problem she went silent even though call was still connected. Aftet that i called 13 more times. No one picked up ever

So Samsung call center told me to download this app, but even before download I know from rating that's it's the worst and I'm not surprised. The app constantly crashed. Few times during location access and then after I try to select the device. It's really really strange that Samsung choose them for their Official repair partner.
