Very Disappointing. I bought the 15-day Fresh Trial Pass, but after my first order was delayed, I have been unable to order for 4 days. Every day it shows: “Due to high demand, we're out of capacity for tomorrow!” Support keeps asking me to wait 24 hours, but nothing changes. My pass is expiring while I can't use it. Please extend the pass for the lost days or refund the unused amount.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Recommended Paid and placed my order in the morning, but by evening I found there was no order and the amount was credited to my wallet. There was no communication that the order had been cancelled. I only came to know after enquiring. If an order is confirmed after payment, why cancel it without informing the customer? This is a serious issue of poor service, lack of transparency and trust. Very disappointing and highly not recommended.

Fraudulent app. Caution do not add money in their wallet under any circumstance. 1. There were random deductions from my wallet under the name of expiry, which were nowehere visible on the app. 2. When checked, apparently there was an order that was cancelled by them at the end moment and the reversal of that amount was done with an expiry. 3. When I asked them to return only the money I have added in the wallet (and not the promo cash or offer amount), they refused and cited as per policy.
