💡 HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you feel threatened, five methods are available to trigger an alert. You can press the SOS button in the app, repeatedly press (3 or 5 times depending on your settings) the power button on your device (not available on some phone models), press the persistent notification button, or press the My Keeper Bluetooth Keeper (ideal for quick activation without unlocking your phone). Finally, three automatic alerts (immobility, loss of verticality, and fall) will trigger the app's action. The app will send an SMS with your location to the My Keeper servers, simultaneously notifying your contacts, predefined alert contacts, the emergency call center, and the necessary police or emergency services in case of danger. This allows for rapid action to address any potential threat.
Once an alert is sent, SECUR IT SOS puts your device into automatic answer mode for a configurable duration. This allows our remote assistance center to discreetly monitor the situation and dispatch the appropriate emergency services without requiring any further action from the user. After this period, the device will return to its standard state.
The application runs continuously in the background to ensure the service remains active even after the phone is restarted, whether intentionally or not (for example, following an update).
The application is not a tracker and does not collect any personal data (compliant with CNIL & GDPR regulations). Sending the SMS with your geolocation is solely the result of a deliberate and intentional action by the user.

Remote assistance experts are available 24/7 to verify the situation (e.g., panic, shouting). Remote assistance offers customized protocols based on your users' risk profiles and handles alerts in areas with no network coverage.
MULTIPLE SIMULTANEOUS RECEIVERS 🚀
The alert is transmitted simultaneously and without delay to multiple recipients. The line manager(s) are notified of the situation by SMS and by the remote assistance operator.
