QSoS by TriQare is India’s emergency response platform, reimagined — built for the moment you need help and need it now. One tap connects you to the nearest ambulance, alerts your emergency contacts, and shares your live location — all without any manual input.

Most emergency systems assume you have time — time to find the right number, time to describe your location, time to coordinate. Real emergencies don’t work that way. QSoS was built for the chaos of an actual crisis: when you can’t speak, when your hands are shaking, and when the people who love you are miles away and have no idea what’s happening. One tap is all it takes.

How It Works
→ Set up your profile — Add your emergency contacts, primary and secondary hospitals, and basic health details. Done once. Ready always.
→ Tap SOS — A single button triggers the entire emergency workflow instantly.
→ Accidental trigger? — You have 30 seconds to cancel before anything is dispatched. No panic, no consequences.
→ Your people are notified immediately — Emergency contacts receive WhatsApp and push notifications with your live location. They get a dedicated dashboard inside the app to follow your entire emergency — the ambulance location, status updates, and every step of the workflow — in real time, before, during, and after.
→ Nearest ambulance is dispatched — The moment a driver accepts your emergency, dispatch is confirmed. Our target response time is 10 minutes from SOS to ambulance arrival.
→ Stay connected — You and your emergency contacts can call the driver directly through the app at any point during the emergency.
→ Driver arrives and boards you — Once on scene, the driver confirms with you or your family whether to head to your pre-set primary hospital, secondary hospital, or the nearest available hospital.
→ Hospital is ready before you arrive — If a pre-configured hospital is selected, they receive your medical and insurance details along with your ETA on their dashboard — so the team is prepared the moment you walk in.
→ Handover and close — Driver completes the handover at the hospital and closes the emergency workflow.
