SOSfem is a safety network for women that connects them directly with trained municipal operators who handle gender-based violence and personal emergencies.

🆘 HOW IT WORKS

With just one tap, you activate an emergency alert. The operator receives your GPS location in real time, can initiate a chat with you, and coordinate the most appropriate municipal response based on your situation.

The service operates 24/7.

📍 REAL-TIME TRACKING

Your location is shared only while the alert is active. Operators see your updated position so they can send help to your exact location.

💬 DIRECT COMMUNICATION

During an alert, you can chat with the operator without making a phone call, allowing you to ask for help even in situations where speaking is unsafe.

🔒 PRIVACY AND SECURITY

- Your data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes
- GPS location is only activated during active alerts
- You can request the complete deletion of your account and data at any time
- We comply with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data (Argentina)

The service requires an active municipal agreement. Check with your municipality to see if SOSfem is available in your area. Access credentials are provided by the municipality.
