What’s new

Security: raised the vault's key-derivation strength (PBKDF2 iterations 100k -> 600k) and removed plaintext account-name/tag metadata that was stored alongside encrypted records. Existing vaults are migrated automatically and safely on next unlock. Also adds encrypted file attachments.
