Why do they do updates and ruin the experience, it is so much more difficult to find anything in the library of TV/Movies. When searching for TV shows, you have to look under the Movie category. Makes no sense at all. You can't see any information about a show or movie unless you click into it; I favorited some shows after searching for them, but once you leave the app and come back, there are no favorites (waste of time). Developers: Please read the reviews and adjust accordingly. I can appreciate this app is "free", and maybe you had your reasons for completely altering the experience (eg lab mice experiment), could you provide an overview of how to use this app efficiently (maybe it makes sense to you)?

Updated review. From 3 to 4 stars. Over time, I have learned some of the issues were on the side of the service provider and not the app. There are still occasional performance issues that the service provider says is an issue with the device/app and I cannot get a response from the developer for possible input / assistance. Still, overall, the experience is decent. I would like a couple of minor functions/features added to make it a 5 star experience.

It doesn't play the movies and TV shows under movies. It's says "No video input or playback error." It has been like that for about 2-3 months. I can't watch anything that's new and when it says (for example) Ironman is on but when you click it, it something showing on that channel. Right now, not happy about it.
