Practice mandolin practically every day with it. I only had one small problem with it. For some reason it uses the flashlight on my phone to blink to the time, rather than using the screen. But other than that it seems to work great.
Best so far, with lots of useful features unavailable in other apps. But I'm a drummer, so I find it irritating that the metronome's first click starts a tenth of a sec after I press the start button.
LOVE IT!! I love that it tells you what the different tempos are called - because who really memorizes that?? No, but this is a very helpful and easy to use app. :)
there is no tuning in this app... no noise cancelation... it is just a recorder as like mobiles phones have.. so it just give the metronome only.. nothing else... i will not recommend for the tuning app.. what i was looking for...
Easy to use. But I have an incident where when I cancel the sharing of audio file, the whole file becomes corrupted, will give 5 stars if the problem is fixed
The only real competition on Android seems to be Total Energy... At least Soundcorset recognises the right notes! The metronome is difficult to configure. There are several attempts at display but none work well enough to pay for. It does offer a progressively accelerated beat mode, though I haven't found it useful. The tuner is the best part, especially the tuning trace graph at the bottom. The best I've seen for getting notes to begin and end in tune. There obviously isn't an artist or designer on the team. This is a solid piece of programming let down by a poorly thought out interface. Apart from the tuner panel, the rest is ugly and not that easy to use. [I looked on vain for an email address or some way I could leave detailed, constructive feedback. But as they don't want help improving, the only way is a poor rating. Sorry guys, you have a brief window to be the best on Android while Total Energy get their tuning problems fixed. I hope you make it, but I'm not holding my breath.]
Revised scales practice.
