A revised rating. When I was forced to use the app and electronic tickets in '16, the app and ticket access was a huge mess and I constantly had issues getting into the game. But in '23 and now starting '24 it looks like most issues have been resolved. And I had no issues in '23 with ticket access. I would still prefer ticket cards, but they have done a notable job of getting the app to work correctly.

Update: it's always crashing on open again. There are serious stability issues with this app. Previous review: Prior to today's update, the app was unusable for me due to crashes. It seems to be working now, so I've updated to 3 stars for now. When I trust that it won't start crashing again, I'll probably bump it up further. Thanks for the fix!

Integration with ticketmaster is awful. It logs you out immediately when you close the app and the tickets often fail to load. This is a real impediment to scan your ticket at the gate and find your seats. Managing your tickets barely works, and purchasing single match tickets just doesn't work at all through this app. You can add them to the cart but there is no way to check out. Worse, you can't access your season tickets from the Ticketmaster app so we're stuck using this broken app.
