Not intuitive to use, very clunky, and Bodie is extremely hard to navigate. It's very hard to search for anything. I was one of the first people to subscribe to this in 2022 and I rarely ever use it. Definitely not worth the price and I've turned people off from using it. Either get rid of Bodie altogether and make a search function that actually works, or incorporate AI functionality into Bodie because it is SOOO slow and way more often than not gives horrible results/not what I'm looking for.

Critical to have an app in this day and age, but this app does not download my audio books on my phone. I have tried so many times and gone on trips (without internet) trusting that the downloaded books would work, but audio books never get downloaded even after trying multiple times. Seems like no one is maintaining this app or checking for errors/bugs. I have a big shopping list to buy from SoundsTrue, but this app is so bad, I am switching to Audible.

I have always enjoyed Sounds True. I do recall signing up for Clarissa Pinkola Estes audio. Somehow I am being billed for a monthly $19.99 payment that I do not recall signing up for. Yes, I just cancelled this fee. I am on a limited income. Can't afford this right now. I do hope that I can still listen to the audio I paid for Lydia Arbizo
