About this app

Sounds of Screams is Miami's horror-season theme park — four haunted houses, roaming scare zones, a live carnival and fair rides. The Guest app is how you get in and get around.

DIGITAL PASS
Your ticket lives in the app as a QR pass — add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and hold your phone at the gate. No printing, no losing it.

LIVE PARK MAP
See exactly where you are on the official park map, find every house, scare zone, ride and food stand, and check live wait times before you walk over.

SKIP THE LINE
Reserve a Fast Pass slot for a haunted house and get a push alert when it's your turn — wait somewhere else instead of standing in line.

FOOD, ORDERED AHEAD
Browse every vendor's menu and order for pickup so you're not queuing for dinner and a scare at the same time.

PARKREWARDS
Earn points on every visit and unlock tiers with real perks — discounts, priority queue access and VIP extras the more you come back.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Ticket types, house descriptions and age guidance are all in the app — including a clear warning on SOS House, our most intense experience (18+, graphic and disturbing content).

Tickets are sold through our secure ticketing partner and appear in the app automatically once purchased.

Sounds of Screams is a real, physical theme park in Miami, FL. The app is a companion to your visit — it doesn't work as a stand-alone experience.
