Was excited to be able to order bagels on the go. I see that won't be happening. Ordered with this app (note all the complaints about not being able to choose flavor bagels in the half dozen or dozen options) and the store has no record of the order. I got no confirmation of the order on the app, in text, or email. Luckily my credit card receipt showed up and the store staff honored it. Really lame. This is a basic tool used by tons of businesses at this point. No reason for this level of fail.

This app needs more features. I want to customize my dozen bagels to the flavors that I like. Also it's really annoying to have to enter all of your payment info every time you want to add funds. Also this app sells your data, although not as much as other apps. EDIT 2024: The app logged me out of my account and I cannot sign in again, even after a password reset. It just says "oh no! Something went wrong." JUST TELL ME WHAT WENT WRONG AND HOW TO FIX IT! Dropping from 2* to 1*.

I use the app for the rewards, and for contactless payment. I would really like to be able to order ahead, but: 1. several bagel flavors aren't available in the app (whole wheat everything in particular). 2. I can't choose which cheese goes on my breakfast sandwich. 3. I can't select the bagels in my half-dozen. Because of that I can't do curbside pickup, which means I'm skipping my bagel fix a lot of the time. Fix those things and you'll get more business from me again.
