Placed an order, no way to review the order or cancel it in the app. Only the total $ amount shows up in transaction history. The store had no record of it whatsoever and said there is nothing they can do. I've opened a refund request with support and am waiting for a response. Now I don't trust the app to work next time and won't be using it. Clearly a bad bug.

App is ok for the most part, I don't like that you can't choose the bagels or shmears in the bagel boxes. My biggest issue is I tried placing an order, received an error that my card couldn't be processed only to find out later my card was charged anyway. I tried reaching out to their customer service email twice for a refund and still haven't received a response (nearly 2 weeks later). Will not be using the app until my issue is resolved.

I would love to be able to tip on this app. I get excellent customer service from the Noah's in Burbank, but I don't always have cash with me. Sometimes I'll avoid going to Noah's and go to Starbucks instead (across the street) because their app allows tipping. Money is more electronic now so this makes sense. Also, it should be easier to modify an order (for bread type, cheese, toppings, etc.). As it is is OK, but allowing modifications and customizations would be a great improvement.
