This app is good. the bagels are great! But in the app, the card system needs to be updated. I was charged 1.00 every time the payment didn't go through even tho there were funds, and the card information was input correctly. Also, when ordering 2 bakers dozen boxes, you can not select 4 different tubs of shmear, so you end up with 4 of the same shmear and there's nowhere to leave comments on your order. The options need to be updated.

The menu is incomplete and you can't order simple things like orange juice even if the store has them. Also, you can't apply rewards to your order; the app just puts up a loading screen stays there for over ten minutes. This is pretty rich considering rewards expire after two weeks. It's also the main draw of the app, and it doesn't work, so the whole thing is pointless.

The menu is incomplete and/or incorrect and the ability to customize an order is severely limited. There is no advance ordering option, unless doing a catering order. Also, there is no integration between email and app offers and no way to enter promo codes received outside the app. Also the organization of the menu takes getting used to, which isn't as quick or user-friendly as most order-ahead apps.
