there is no point in selecting the slots if you can't provide the sufficient number of patients per day visit. this is so pathetic and shameful to think even. retired army senior citizen had to go through this pathetic experience that they can never book any appointment by themselves. for those doctors whose demand is high people can't even book the appointment. number of patients per doctor is very pathetic. visiting local government hospital is easier than this.

needs to work on this app...it's difficult to understand and get the correct things done...needs to be made easy for the unknown and new people who are trying to get a ECHS CARD...
