There are a lot of bugs in this app. Booked an appointment (9:20 AM) through this app only to find it disappeared when the time slot came.(11 AM) Appointment was visible in the appointment section after booking i.e. at around 9:30 AM but when I checked at 10:50 AM it suddenly disappeared. The notification section is still showing that i booked an appointment. However Appointment sections show "No upcoming Appointment". I again tried to book an appointment, but the page shows "already booked".

This app is very good except few minor issues related to smart card history. Firstly it is not in chronological order. It appears month wise, December being on top. This is not correct. The other issue is that it is not getting updated. My last visit in February 2026 is still not updated and hence not appearing. Actually updating problem has started after the last app update on 03 December 2025. Please look into these small but important issues.

They have implemented a terrible system. For the past two months, I haven't been able to make a booking; whenever I select a date that shows as available, the system prompts me to select a date from the previous week—dates that are already fully booked.
