there is no point in selecting the slots if you can't provide the sufficient number of patients per day visit. this is so pathetic and shameful to think even. retired army senior citizen had to go through this pathetic experience that they can never book any appointment by themselves. for those doctors whose demand is high people can't even book the appointment. number of patients per doctor is very pathetic. visiting local government hospital is easier than this.

Very unsatisfactory service. Most of the time app not working due to date mismatch with real date. Booking appointment is problematic. No customer support available.

On accessing the installed version of app, it prompts for update and the link. On clicking the link it takes you to Play Store, and there are only options to open or uninstall. If you open, you will reach to the previous page which prompts for update, it goes in the same loop until you uninstall and install again. Login, and everything looks good. Yet to use the functionalities inside. But, feature wise looks better than the earlier.
