PrimeCareSuite is a mobile workforce management app built for frontline staff. It gives team members everything they need to manage shifts, complete activity reports, and stay connected with their organisation — all from one app.

Shift Management

View your upcoming shifts in a simple day-by-day list or switch to a full calendar with day and week views. Each shift card shows the client, address, scheduled times, and current status. Accept or decline assigned shifts with a single tap.

Clock In & Clock Out

Start and end shifts directly from the app. When finishing a shift, capture a digital signature to confirm service delivery. The app checks for any outstanding reports before allowing you to clock out, ensuring documentation is always complete.

Activity Reporting

Submit detailed progress notes, incident reports, feedback, enquiries, mileage logs, and expense records — all linked to specific shifts and clients. Reports are built from dynamic templates provided by your organisation, supporting free text, single and multi-choice fields, date/time entries, and photo attachments (up to 10 images per report). You can also create standalone reports outside of a scheduled shift.

Client Information

Access client details and download relevant documents directly from the shift detail screen. Tap the address to open turn-by-turn navigation in your device's maps app.

Push Notifications

Receive real-time alerts when shifts are assigned, updated, or cancelled. View your notification history with unread and read tabs, and tap any notification to jump straight to the related shift.

Multi-Organisation Support

PrimeCareSuite supports multiple organisations from a single app. On first launch, enter the access code provided by your employer to connect to your organisation's system.

Secure & Private

Sign in with your staff credentials. Access is restricted to authorised team members only. Change your password at any time from within the app.

Works Everywhere

Available on Android, iOS, and as a web app. Your schedule and reports stay in sync across all your devices.
