This app uses two profiles. The Normal profile defines the volume of your cellphone during your day. The Sleep profile defines the volume of your cellphone while you sleep.
Plan which days of the week are for Work and which are for Rest. Then set the time you go to sleep and usually get up at each of them. Then SVM will do the rest for you.
Is there more? Yes. You can easily load holidays throughout the year. Or even load dates when you are going to be on vacation. These days will be considered Rest days so that SVM will take care of the rest.
