Ratings and reviews

App will no longer work. Crashes and loads indefinitely without allowing me to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I reached out to customer support who then gave me a number to call. After opening a cd where I was told verbally and in writing that I could close after maturity over the phone but then forced to come in person to close and now a mobile app that won't work... Absolutely time to switch to online banking.

It's a good app. Similar to the website itself, but it won't work while using a VPN. It was working without fine for a long time with a VPN, but in the last few months or so (last update?) it stopped working with one. Now I have to turn off my VPN just to use this app.

I would send zero stars but it won't let me. The app was great in the beginning, but recently it is useless. The app lets me finish my user name and password before it crashes. I have a fully functional, and relatively new and up to date Android Pixel 7. I was talking to the bank manager in the Charlton branch,and she wasn't aware of the issue. I can't believe I have to use the ATM for balance info, or even worse the antiquated bank phone system. Fix this issue or I will be changing banks!
