Ratings and reviews

App will no longer work. Crashes and loads indefinitely without allowing me to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I reached out to customer support who then gave me a number to call. After opening a cd where I was told verbally and in writing that I could close after maturity over the phone but then forced to come in person to close and now a mobile app that won't work... Absolutely time to switch to online banking.

This new look is way faster than the last however, the new setup is gonna take some getting used to. For example- when I go to do a immediate internal transfer. I accidently hit cancel sometimes instead of submit because I'm used to the old submit/ cancel buttons.keys setup.etc. Again I'm still getting used to this lol. If you can please move the "Submit" button to the left and "Cancel" to the right. Seems kind of backwards in terms of computer/mobile apps.etc.

Every time you have new updates it doesn't work and I have to call to ask why. 2 days to fix problems and can't access my account. Also new quick balance sucks use to be able to see last few transactions not anymore. A couple of updates back use to have pending deposits that never came back either. Keeps getting worse with every update.
