The app is not able to connect to their server. I can't use this app 95% of the time. It tells me to contact the bank (when they are closed) even after entering my CORRECT username and password. YOU SHOULD ENCRIPT MY INFO, NOT RESTRICT ME FROM IT. This app does not let me do simple things like take a screen shot, see more than 10 transactions at at time. It is as if you don't want to give us the mobility we deserve. I have reset my options twice for text alerts, but they never come.

Overall it's a normal banking app. The main issue I have is that you can't see any of your credit transactions through the app. When I asked a tech support staff member why I couldn't see what my card was charged for, they said the app was "unfriendly with the credit card" and recommended I visit the website. Personally, my thoughts are why have the app when I'll have to go to the website anyway. I feel that the app should be updated so that members can see their credit transactions

After the most recent update I'm still having an error stating I have automatic click program installed. I even uninstalled nearly all my applications, cleared the app cache, and reinstalled the app but I still can not use it. I called customer support and they were not able to help me with the issue. My brother has the same exact phone and is able to use the app but I cannot.
