The Southeastern Credit Union App is a free mobile decision-support tool that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other financial institutions, into a single, up-to-the-minute view so you can stay organized and make smarter financial decisions. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.

Multi-Account Aggregation: View all of your financial information (balances, transaction history, merchant spending averages) in one place for on-the-go organization.

Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.

Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Southeastern CU customer service directly from the app.

The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

To use the Southeastern Credit Union App, you must be enrolled as a Southeastern CU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I've had more problems with this app in just trying to get logged in. It intermintently tells me I have the wrong email or phone number for confirmation. It's been confirmed with the credit union, and I've had both for several years now and am giving the right answers. However, if I wait a while it MIGHT let me log on the next time using the EXACT SAME information! I don't have time to play these games! I'm trying to log on for a reason and need the information at that time! This gets VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

It's a great bank, very appreciative of them. Every location they do their job and do it diligently. They always make sure I'm good and taken care of, had some overdraft issues where it was supposed to be protected and they refunded me on all of it. I can't make too many transactions at once or it'll buffer loading in my balance but tbh I haven't had this issue lately since some updates coming through. Top tier app, top tier company I don't plan on switching anytime soon.

Since the Aug 2nd update, I have been unable to deposit checks. The front photo works ok, but the back photo zooms in and out then gives a message about not being clear. Been over a month and still not fixed. Tried several devices and multiple checks so it's in the app.
