Your personal account will help you:
• Track the balance and other information on all personal accounts of premises: apartments, commercial premises, apartments, parking spaces, private houses, etc.
• Add multiple personal accounts
• Submit meter readings
• Track the consumption of meters with automated collection of readings
• Receive information about counters in case of calculating the average or according to the standard
• View accruals and download receipts in PDF
• Pay receipts online - individually or all at once on one personal account
• Replenish the balance of the personal account for automatic payment of the receipt immediately after its formation - for example, before leaving on vacation
• Form appeals to the management company, attach files, track the status of execution of appeals
• Order services
• Track orders and pay for them online
• View the history of payments and meter readings
• Read the news of the service organization


How to register in the application?

1. On the main screen, click on the "Registration" link
2. Enter the email you want to register with in the first field
3. Come up with a complex password, enter it in the second field and repeat in the third
4. Confirm acceptance of the terms of the user agreement
5. Click on the "Register" button

How to attach a room?

1. Enter the personal account number and area in the appropriate fields, click on the "Next" button
2. If everything is entered correctly, you will proceed to the stage of verifying the identity of the owner. Select "I am the property owner" if you own the property, or "I am the resident/manager" if you are not the owner.
Please note: you can attach a room without being its owner only with the permission of the owner, otherwise the system will not allow the process to continue. To do this, the owner needs to go to the "Profile", find the desired premises and check the box "Allow managers and residents to attach the premises to their account" under it.
3. In any case, both the owner and the resident/manager of the premises must pass a check: enter the name and surname of the owner. After verification, the resident/manager of the premises will need to enter his last name, first name and patronymic in order to continue registration as a new user in the system.

4. Enter your phone number and click "Next"
5. Enter the code from SMS and complete the attachment
