The application is the client side of a comprehensive platform and enables data collection at facilities, processing, immediate or delayed synchronization with the billing system, and the generation of primary reporting documentation in real time.

The program automates the full cycle of metering device management, beginning with their commissioning, where all key characteristics are recorded: type, model, number, capacity, coefficient, as well as production and verification dates. During operation, the application allows for the prompt recording of test readings from both individual and shared meters, with the option to attach photos and videos for data confirmation and subsequent validation. If necessary, the system formalizes the dismantling of existing meters, indicating final readings and the reason for their removal, and also supports the recommissioning of meters after verification, updating sealing data and the next verification date.

Based on the collected information, the program automatically generates legally binding primary documentation: commissioning reports, inspection reports, survey reports, and denial of access reports. These documents can be prepared for immediate printing on a mobile Bluetooth printer directly on-site. To ensure data reliability, a delayed save mechanism is implemented, allowing offline work: all information is saved locally and automatically sent to the server, and then to the Accrual System, as soon as the connection is restored.

In addition to operational work, the application handles monitoring and analysis functions. It maintains a local registry of all completed processes—installations, replacements, verifications, and reading transmissions—and generates and automatically sends reports on completed work in XLSX format to authorized persons. The system's flexibility allows it to be used with multiple organizations within a single application.

For the end user—an employee or engineer of the management company—this means complete mobility and efficiency: all operations are performed on-site, without the need to return to the office to fill out paperwork. Built-in validation and pre-filling of fields reduce errors, and automated document generation saves time by eliminating double data entry and paperwork. Even without a connection, reliability is maintained thanks to offline mode, ensuring the integrity of the entire transaction history. The ability to attach photos and print signed reports directly on-site creates a reliable evidence base, while the simple and intuitive interface allows for quick learning. Management and dispatchers gain complete control over processes thanks to immediate access to data via the web interfaces of the main BPM or ECM system.
