SoWeSign becomes SoWeSoft: discover your new Trainer app

Sign and manage your learners’ attendance in just a few clicks: SoWeSoft allows you to handle pending signature requests, your ongoing session, and authorize participants to sign through multiple methods: phone call, URL link, QR code, code, etc.

USING THE CALL FUNCTION

For both in-person and remote training sessions, you can use the call function: mark learners as present or absent. Marking a learner as present allows them to access the signature feature via the SoWeSoft Student app.

USING THE SIGNATURE PORTAL

When accessing a session, select the “URL” option, then share it or use the QR code via screen share, chat, or email. Learners can then access the signature portal and sign their attendance without needing to download anything.

SIGNING VIA CODE OR QR CODE

You can provide participants with a numeric code or QR code. They can scan it using the SoWeSoft Student app to access the signature interface and mark their presence.
