Very unprofessional and knowledgeable about her job.The lady that answers the phone is extremely disrespectful and offer ready for a battle.I've had an issue today.I called and made a partial statement and in the partial statement.She went off on a tantrum before she understood everything that was going on.She's very disrespectful, and if anything happens to your vehicle, she is solely responsible, she.Refuses to say her name or mention her name at all , because she know she's at fault
