11/13/25: Please send check-in notification from App not from email 5/28/26: Notification sent from App now. Thanks. But when try to confirm seat, always have to login again with passcode sent to email, which negates the benefit of receiving notification from the App.

It gets frozen all the time, my colleagues with Android have the same issue. After selecting the office shows a blue screen (app background) and it doesn't take me to the floor levels to choose my desk. It used to work (slow but worked) but now I have to log in on the website. It's been like this 3 weeks now.

App does what it says on the tin, but there are a lot of Quality of Life issues not resolved: Doesn't automatically choose full day bookings, so people double book the same day thinking they've done the right thing Once checked in, either for a day or multiple days, it forgets where you've booked so it looks like you don't have a booking. If you try and book another desk it will not let you do so.
