Recently it has been crashing on me. I had a store full of people who had picked up every last bit of stock in the store, and the game must have crashed while they were waiting in the queue because they were all just stood in the middle of the store waiting to be served - but no one was coming up to the till. When I refreshed the game, all the stock was still gone but I didn't have the money for it so I have lost out on thousands worth of profit 🙄🙄

This is a good game but extremely annoying because you open the store everything goes fine all day no issues people come they get what they want pay and leave exactly like they are supposed to do but then all of a sudden at 8:00p.m closing time the game just glitches all of a sudden and customers get stuck moving back and forth indefinitely never closing the store plus you can get stuck on your goals if you buy a new brand or grow your store before you get the goal to do so

Started lagging &so on. When I went to move one of the units,I didn't realize I had it backward so the customers could not get to the shoes. It kept saying unreachable,I tried to move them,but it would not let me. I closed it all out &everything.I grew to the 3rd level. Had fast delivery & the 2nd check person. When I level up the space, it still told me to grow the place & fix the unit. Had to uninstall it, & it cleared everything. Have to start from the beginning. Don't wanna play it now.
