② Ticket (QR Code) Issuance, Real-time Bus Location Tracking, and Operation Information Provision

QR codes are issued to eligible Seonggong Bus users, and users can check the vehicle's location in real-time via the app without having to wait. Additionally, users can view timetables and route information for each stop at a glance, enabling more planned travel. ③ Optimized Route Operation Connecting Major Public Facilities with Seongdong-gu Office as a Hub

Seonggong Bus is designed to allow residents to travel more easily to public facilities within Seongdong-gu, passing through major public facilities centered around the Seongdong-gu Office—a representative public facility in Seongdong-gu—so that they can access the public services they need in their daily lives.

2. How to Use the Seonggong Bus App

The Seonggong Bus app is designed for residents to use easily and conveniently. The main features and usage methods are as follows:

① App Download and Sign Up

Search for *‘Seonggong Bus’* on the App Store or Google Play and download the app.

After verifying eligibility and agreeing to the terms of service, you can check the basic bus location.

② Real-time Bus Location Tracking

By selecting your desired route, you can check the real-time location of the Seonggong Bus currently in operation.

If you select a stop, the estimated arrival time for that stop is also displayed.

③ Check Route and Stop Information

The app provides a feature that allows you to view all stops and route information that the Seonggong Bus passes through at a glance.

It also provides timetables for each stop and route maps, enabling users to travel more conveniently. ④ Issuance of Boarding Pass (QR Code) and Tagging on Boarding Terminal

Once you select the public facility to visit, a boarding pass (QR code) will be issued. When you tag the pass on the boarding terminal upon boarding the bus, a voice announcement confirming successful processing will be provided. A notification confirming boarding completion will be sent to your mobile phone.

Subsequently, within 60 minutes, a notification confirming your visit to the destination public facility will be sent.
