This is a completely fraudulent application. My first transaction was settled within a few hours. However, when I made a second, larger transaction using my credit card, they held it for two days-even though the money was deducted instantly from my card. After two days, they claimed that the beneficiary's bank was not accepting the payment and asked me to initiate it again to another account. However, there is no option in the system to add another beneficiary. thus they will keep your money.

Poor customer support, amount is debited but not paid to the receiver Serious issue with payments. Transaction was debited from my ICICI credit card, but the receiver never got the money. One shows "in progress" and the other "settled - pending confirmation" even after 48 hrs. Customer support is not responding at all. If money gets stuck, there's no help

At first, this app worked very fast for new users. My initial transactions were completed instantly, and the money was transferred to the bank account without any delay. That created a good impression for me. However, after some time, my experience became very disappointing. One transaction later took around 24 hours to complete, and now my latest transaction has been stuck in “Processing” for the last 3 days.
