poor customer support, amount is debited but not paid to the receiver Serious issue with payments. Two separate transactions of ₹15,100 each were debited from my ICICI credit card, but the receiver never got the money. One shows “in progress” and the other “settled – pending confirmation” even after hours. Customer support is not responding at all. If money gets stuck, there’s no help. Please use carefully.

I am highly disappointed with the service. I made a ₹64,000 payment on December 1st, but the beneficiary never received it. What made things worse was the customer support—getting connected took hours, and once the call finally connected, I was put on hold without even being asked what the problem was. For a payment app handling high-value transactions, this level of support is simply unacceptable. Immediate improvements in customer service and issue handling are needed.

I made a transaction of 2k through your app, but the amount is still stuck and has neither been credited nor refunded. I have attempted to contact customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response. This situation is extremely concerning. If the app is not genuine, then why are so many users facing similar issues? And if there are so many complaints, why has this app not been blocked by Google? Please look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest.
