Very Slow App, we don't even know if payment is going to settle or not. I am changing my rating to 1 from 5, even though this app doesn't deserve 1 rating. We don't know when they will hold your payment for any reason. Even customer support is really pathetic, they initially answer the calls say hello and put your calls on hold and don't answer intentionally. I have called them more than 10 times a day but they don't bother to answer. Guys please do not use this app.

I have made an education fees transaction of 19000/- by my credit card. but the amount got stucked. I tried to contact customer care an automated message answered that payment will process soon. when I request a call back they always put me in queue.I have mailed my issue but no response. neither the amount credited to receiver's account nor it returned to me. no one is responding. worst experience. I still didn't get my money back.

My name is Amaan Chopda. I transferred a credit card payment on 7/2/2026, but even after 2 hours the amount has still not been credited to the receiver’s bank account. I have been trying to contact 24/7 customer support, but I am unable to get through. Please either settle the amount immediately or process a refund as soon as possible.
