About this app

Not only the rates should improve over time, our App also. These are some of the functionalities that we have been working on and that are available to you:

- Check the calls made, SMS sent or the Gigas consumed. You will be able to filter your consumption, differentiating it between national, within the EU or outside the EU and establish consumption advisories. Remember that you also have a Widget that will allow you to know your daily consumption without having to open the App.

- Access your invoices and download them in PDF if you need it.

- Modify your account information and personalize your lines by adding an alias to each one.

- Change your rate to another that suits you better. You can only make one change per month and, if you change to a lower rate, the change will be effective from the 1st of the following month.

- Hire additional data bonuses or other services such as our fiber or our 100% green energy.

- Activate or deactivate the Roaming service.

- Lock your SIM in case of loss or theft.

The application works reasonably, not so the service using it: if a business threatens to charge you for the return of a router which is already in their hands, and even when this is admitted refuses to reimburse the cost of an expensive international phone call made to try to avoid paying for the company's mistake, it's not a business I can recommend.

Brilliant! This app tells me everything I need to know. Always up to date and enables you to change tariff at a touch. How other companies could learn from the Pepephone experience!

What exactly does this app do? It won't let me sign in, saying I have no active mobile services. That's true, but I do have Pepephone fibre. Does the app offer anything the Web site doesn't?
