Spanstead Works Crew is the field app your company gives you for assigned work. Your employer runs Spanstead Works in the office; Crew puts the same jobs and updates on your phone.

YOUR WORKDAY

• See assigned jobs with the customer, address, scope and current status
• Follow the day agenda and the route published by dispatch
• Navigate to the next assigned stop
• Record en route, arrival, departure and completion
• Complete checklists and provide required or before-and-after photos
• Record job time and review and attest your own timecard
• View job equipment, report issues and request needed parts
• Read job messages and record supported voice notes
• Photograph receipts for office review
• Scan equipment tags to check tools out or return them
• Record permitted vehicle odometer and fuel information
• Open assigned projects, tasks and files
• Complete assigned training, policies and knowledge checks

BUILT FOR WEAK CONNECTIONS

Job and checklist photos are saved in a device queue and upload when a connection returns. Supported checklist and job-presence updates can also wait locally and synchronize after reconnecting. Training courses explicitly downloaded to the device can be completed offline and submitted when service returns.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Navigation, labels and field workflows are available in English and Spanish. Language is selected per worker, so members of the same crew can use different languages.

ARRIVAL PROMPTS AND LOCATION

If your employer enables arrival prompts and you grant permission, Crew can create on-device geofences around assigned job addresses while you are clocked in. Entering a geofence prompts you to confirm arrival; it does not automatically change the job.

Crew does not upload a continuous location trail. When permission is granted, a precise location fix may be recorded at specific work events such as clock-in, clock-out, arrival, completion and job-photo capture.

WHAT YOU NEED

Your employer must create your account under an active Spanstead Works subscription. You cannot create a business subscription or purchase anything inside Crew.

Available tools depend on your employer’s plan, your role, enabled modules, company settings and device permissions.
