Spanstead Works runs the office side of a home-service business on one connected record—from the customer and property through scheduled work, field proof, invoice, received payment and job margin.

FROM REQUEST TO RECEIVED PAYMENT

A customer calls or submits a request. You schedule the work, assign the crew and publish the route. The crew receives the scope and checklist on their phone, records what happened and attaches the required proof. The office invoices from that same job and tracks the received payment against its labor, materials and expenses.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Office and field workflows are available in English and Spanish. Each team member can select their own language, and customer-facing documents can use the customer’s preferred language.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

Depending on your plan and configuration, Spanstead can also provide online booking, customer campaigns, business messaging, learning and compliance, QuickBooks Online synchronization, Stripe or Square payments, and operational AI tools.

Features vary by subscription, role, enabled modules, connected providers and device permissions.

An account is required. Subscriptions are managed on the Spanstead website. There are no in-app purchases.
