Worst service seen ever. Don't use Spar. Missing items from delivery but amount taken for the same. Contacted customer care through email & phone. No responses yet. Other items delivered was of poor quality. Ordered fish and quality of fish was very bad. Worst app & service. Even no cancellation of product once placed order. There are lot of other sites with good services. Will never order again. It's three weeks now no responses for missing items. Doubted they have any customer service.

Ridiculous service. They have a slot which we can choose when to deliver but seems like that slot is irrelevant. It is 5th time in a row when i orderred and had chase people for delivery. Moreover 90% time when u order any fish they will call back and say they do not have it available which shows the inventory is not updated in app. It is a huge disappointment coz it could be really good but i guess lack of proper management leads to failure..

Spar and their products are good but this is worst. It gets logged off automatically, shows out of stock items as available. After payment is done, they will call to inform something is not available from already paid order. App got logged off during payment last time and shown unpaid. I had to pay it again to complete the order. Later, I could found that, they have taken payment twice for same order and did not return payy of unsuccessful transaction. I had raised a dispute request with bank.
