It's been 25 days since my refund has not been done for an online delivery they could not do on time. I guess it's my fault to be tempted by the online discounts. Please don't make that mistake. It's the worst app ever. I have even raised customer care requests, which by the way take days to even attend the call. Even reached out to their account on instagram multiple times. But still no use. Still have not got my refund. Absolutely worst.

Worst service seen ever. Don't use Spar. Missing items from delivery but amount taken for the same. Contacted customer care through email & phone. No responses yet. Other items delivered was of poor quality. Ordered fish and quality of fish was very bad. Worst app & service. Even no cancellation of product once placed order. There are lot of other sites with good services. Will never order again. It's three weeks now no responses for missing items. Doubted they have any customer service.

Ordered 12 items. only 2 were available. why list items on the website and app if items are not available at the store. inventory updating is poor. besides most of the items can be purchased only in 1kg. no 500gms or 250gms available. Hope atleast the refund is prompt. it has been 11 days still waiting for the refund. they don't have an automated process for refund for canceled orders. i called up customer Care after 10 days. now they have sent a mail to finance team after the call.
