Record every spare you have cut, who is holding it, and exactly which lock it fits — so the answer is never "somewhere in a drawer".

Filter to see every key currently with someone else. When someone moves out, you know precisely what should come back — and what needs re-cutting if it does not.

Fully offline. No account, no ads, no analytics, no internet permission. Label keys by nickname rather than address and the ledger stays useful without being a liability if you lose your phone.
