Love the game BUT be careful with gold coins, once you used them you have to buy more and they are pretty pricey, as is everything on this game! Also the game gets to a point where you have to have gold coins to progress which can be really frustrating or wait an eternity to save enough money to be able to buy anything. Loved it at first but becoming more fed up with it now😥

I love the game, but after maxing out housing and buildings, they sparkle and shine on and off. It's hard to look at the city you build when all you see is yellow shiny glistening. Is there an option to turn that off? I emailed support, but of course, I don't hear back. Please advise Edit: If anyone reads this and has the same gripe as me, just keep everything at level 9 to prevent shiny buildings that don't let you see what you spent time on.

The things about these city island games are 1) they're all basically the same. Absolutely no thinking outside the box. How about making each island a separate city theme? One island a London theme, another a NYC theme? Including the building types, street decor, etc? 2) that completely annoying city advisor. Sometimes there's as many as 8 bubbles of his advice at one time. Get rid of the advisor or make it so he responds IF we ask his advice. 3) need more ways of getting gold/diamond keys.
