Selected shoes and the size, went to click add to basket and pop up comes up to say select size... Tried again, same message. Lost you a sale
has anyone actually bought anything from this site ??
Not a good sign I guess the only way to get this company's attention is to write a bad review. So far I have contacted them twice within 5 day period and still received no response and that is for a simple question about product. Probably a big red flag to order from them. Customer service is important. Explains a lot reviews I have seen online. Too bad, I was really hoping to order if they could have answered my questions.
Back button dysfunctions When going in "contact", then back button shouldn't ask me if I wanna quit the app. Also, push notifications directing to a general newsletter, not even optimized for mobile, is a poor experience
Can't log in I'm in Portugal, have a Spartoo account and it works very well on the web but in the app I just can't log in.
The product I got not the same was order.
