Glam App is a beauty app where users can book appointments for hair care and other services, such as tattoos. This application is useful for saving time and providing fast service.
Users can choose their preferred salon for appointments or select the nearest salon. Additionally, there is an option to filter shows based on their ratings. A Google map is also available to see the location of the salon and get directions to the salon address.
Users can book appointments at any time, provided the chosen time slot is not already booked by another user. The app also provides an option to select a preferred service provider for the appointment, based on their availability. If the preferred provider is not available, users can choose another one based on its ratings. Users also have the option of receiving the service at home or in the salon. If a user selects "home", the service provider will come to their home for service. For this, the salon applies a fixed fee depending on the user's distance. For example, if the user is 5 km from the salon, this amount will be added to the price of the service as a travel fee. If the user chooses the salon, no additional fees will be applied, and they will only have to pay the price of the service.
While booking, if a specific salon offers an offer or discount on services, users can take advantage of it. Once an appointment is booked, users can view their appointment details in Appointment History, categorized as upcoming, past, or canceled.
If a user wants to cancel an appointment, they can do so at any time. If the appointment is canceled more than 6 hours before the scheduled time, the full amount will be refunded. However, if the appointment is canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied and only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
After completing an appointment, users can rate and comment on the salon, sharing their experience and rating the quality of service. They can also upload a photo of the show in their comment. Once a review is submitted, users cannot edit it or submit another review for the same appointment.
