I don't know what happened with the last update, but now membership won't load at all. When I scan QR codes, I have to do it outside the app, then the pop up says "points claimed" immediately followed by a pop up that says "unable to claim points." I can't even check to see if the points were claimed. I don't know if any of my points from my Zoo Lights added. I'm a bit disappointed since everything used to work as expected. Tried on wifi and mobile data, no change in functionality.

Not much of an app. I would recommend adding more like a map with GPS and possibly backtracking to show where you have been and what animals you've seen. Adding estimated times from walks from location A to location B so you can make it to an event on time. Show restrooms, stores, and restaurants with times and possibly menus and item prices.

Ok so the app is useful for having a general idea of where to go but there could be so much more on this app! Like a photo/video gallery, live things to watch, news on the animals like baby updates, new arrivals, zoo habitats moving/upgrade updates, gift shop information, ability to purchase merchandise through the app etc. It's a good start though for a free app.
