About this app

Special One is the official app for Special One Academy, connecting parents, players, coaches, and academy staff in one place.

Parents and guardians can:
• Browse available sports facilities and training programs
• Book sessions and enroll children in academy programs
• View schedules, attendance, booking status, and invoices
• Create and manage player profiles
• Add relevant medical notes for coaches, such as allergies or participation limitations
• View academy wallet balances and transfer funds to linked child wallets
• Select available academy transportation options
• Receive announcements, reminders, and booking updates
• Communicate with the academy through secure, role-based messaging

Players can view their programs, schedules, wallet activity, and academy updates.

Coaches and authorized staff can manage assigned sessions, attendance, redemptions, and operational tasks according to their permissions.

Payments are currently collected in cash by authorized academy staff. The app does not collect or store payment-card numbers.

Medical notes are used only to support player safety during academy activities. Special One is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
