Company is an utter joke. Tried to claim the offer for the free Pinter for new members. Before I got an email confirming my order, I got one saying it was canceled and refunded. All the support team kept saying was that I could buy another one and tried giving me $100 off instead of it being free, as I was not a "New Member" at that point since I made an account. I don't understand why they couldn't just send me what I originally ordered as I had screenshots of my order. Waste of 4 hours.

App mostly useless; setup screens need to scroll up not to interfere with phone controls. App fails to send notifications even though they are enabled. Instructions very basic. Your best bet is to enter brew, hop, condition, & tap date manually in a personal calendar. Good instructions for all stages can be found on you-tube. Once you figure it out, the Pinter is easy to use.

this product isn't free it's a scam they push hard to get you to do it by saying free free it's not. They say free trial 30 days takes two and a half weeks to brew. I canceled my subscription and they still charged me another $80 $9 after I already paid the $180 to cancel which was 350 but because I complained so much They gave me a discount. For unused product.
