The transition of timelines for the stages of brewing is confusing, and the notifications don't always come through. So, if you miss a date, it's clumsy to continue your schedule. You're better off starting the brew and scheduling the stages in your Google Calendar. Rather than trying to sell me the next beer, help me enjoy the experience and beer I've already purchased.

This takes you through using the Pinter straight out the box, including naming the parts and saying how to use them. They're just listed in the process of brewing your first beer. I'm guessing the folks who left negative reviews were trying to skip ahead and see what the instructions are without starting a brew. Less than 30 minutes after unboxing, I have my first brew going, and that includes the time it took to download the app on my ADSL connection!

New user, install the app, can't login. No issues logging in via computer. Horrible first experience. Questioning returning. UPDATE: The password for the website is t the same for the app. All password doesn't allow the character period, so if it's in your password it won't allow you to setup an account. once that road block was solved app works fine.
