About this app

Logbook is a voice-powered work platform for machinery service technicians and the dealerships they work for. It does two things from a single app: it turns spoken narration into structured job records, and it gives every technician a dedicated work phone line for calling customers and keeping track of service calls.

Built for dealerships, service teams and field personnel, Logbook is provided to authorised business users as part of a managed account.

• Receive inbound calls in the app — an incoming call rings your device and opens a full-screen call screen, just like a normal phone call, even when the app is in the background or the screen is locked
