Welcome to FirstLight’s Smartphone Application. The purpose of this application is to allow Caregivers to clock into FirstTrack directly without placing a telephone call. This application supports Arrivals, Departures, Activity Code entry, Mileage entry, and Client Visit Note entry.

Still NOTHING has changed in this app to be able to view? Because of the previous issues I have started taking screenshots of my schedule at the beginning of the week, just in case your system doesn't load (per usual). It's understandable to have a zoom in option, but to not have a zoom out option just doesn't make sense. We have phones that zoom in, so giving your clients an option to zoom out is WAY more logical. I wish my company used a different app, this one is just terrible all around.

So I've been experiencing issues has the ones in the reviews. I can't get the messages now, I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. There's times when you go to clock in and the client is not available, even though you're scheduled for them. I've asked my supervisor what's the deal still hasn't been fixed. Like ridiculous!

I love the confirmation of clock-in/out but it reauires logging in and out before allowed to clock-in...never have this problem when clocking out. Also, there should be an 'auto-save' when entering notes on the portal[save and finish later].
