Welcome to the Spectrum Smartphone Application. The purpose of this application is to allow Caregivers to clock into Spectrum TeleTrack directly without placing a telephone call. This application supports Arrivals, Departures, Activity Code entry, Mileage entry, and Client Visit Note entry.

I've had issues with this off & on since 2023 but this year has been the worst. Ever since my phone last updated, this app has been screwy. Our company is too cheap/lazy to help me fix it. I have emailed support a few times for help here lately but no response. This issue could cost me my job. U need to update this app ASAP. I've uninstalled it & reinstalled it to no avail. It doesn't even work on my tablet & both of my devices are new.

There are issues with the app currently. It keeps saying that there are issues signing in and my username and password are correct

Change from 5 starts to 3 stars,because i noticed lately that the app kept telling me no client find but it just worked this working now it won't even let me clock out. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still having trouble with it .Who can I contact for support since I really never had a problem with it the whole time until this reason 2 month . But its still quick to log in and log out though every so often..
