About this app

Customers of SpectrumVoIP’s cloud-based phone service may use this app to make and receive calls from their Android device as if dialing from their SpectrumVoIP desk phone.

Note: This application will only work in conjunction with a Stratus hosted VoIP account provided by SpectrumVoIP. SpectrumVoIP, Inc. does not store personal information. Access to local iPhone contacts are for user convenience only.

Awful, clunky, unreliable, complicated, non-intuitive. I miss calls and text messages all the time. Then when I open the app a bunch of them are queued up from weeks. Even ones that I've seen come flying in again in a massive stack. It causes lots of client frustrations and missed communications when it's supposed to be a communication tool. Truly awful.

You can't turn the thing off!!! It seems the only way to turn it off is to uninstall it! The other issue is it does not play nice with my car's Bluetooth. It does the job when I'm away from the office and I need to take calls...works just fine for that. But if I'm in the office both my desktop phone rings and the cell...and if I answer the desktop the cell keeps ringing! Very frustrating.

This is so much better than the last app. It's fairly functional, except for a couple of things. The Voicemail tab sends me to a page with an icon that spins but does nothing else, and if there is a way to log out, or close the app, I cannot find it. I can only go to DND, which still produces notification icons, including voicemail notifications that do not work (see above).
