M-Agent is a smart mobile money tool for registered MoMo agents in Ghana, built to help you serve faster, avoid errors, keep better records, and run your MoMo business like a pro.

*One Dashboard For Every Network
One screen for MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo. M-Agent knows which network a number belongs to, and assist process it for you without you needing to memorize all code for each network.

*Streamlined Transaction Flow
Serving a customer usually means digging through menus, typing the same sequence again and again, and hoping you don't lose the screen halfway. With M-Agent, you enter the number once, confirm it with the customer, and press once, the app takes it from there. When it's time for your PIN, it hands control back to you. M-Agent never sees, stores or touches your PIN. Shorter queues, faster transactions.

*Seamless Mode While the menu runs, your phone’s own screens flash on and off. Seamless Mode hides all of that behind a single Processing Transaction overlay.

*Contact Picker & Number Suggestions
If the customer is already in your contacts, one tap drops their number straight into M-Agent, no typing it out again. And for the ones you haven't saved, M-Agent suggests numbers you've served before as you type. Ideal for agents who see the same faces every day.

*Smart Dual SIM Support
It allows you to use two networks simultaneously, with mobile money and airtime mapped separately, so every transaction dials from the right line on its own.

*Complete Transaction History
Every transaction at your counter is recorded automatically — customer name, number, amount, type, transaction ID, date and time, all neatly organised and easy to find. Search by name, number or amount, and filter by type, status or date range.

Each transaction carries a status so you always know where it stands:
Attempted (red), cancelled manually, or the network dropped before the transaction went through
Pending (yellow), processed, waiting on the confirmation SMS from the network
Successful (green), the network's SMS confirms it went through
Failed (gray), no confirmation within 10 minutes, or the SMS says it failed
Privacy first: SMS content is never stored or shared. It's only used to check whether a transaction succeeded or failed.

*Business Analytics & Reports
See how your business is doing day to day or month to month — your transaction count and total value for today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days or all time, broken down by transaction type.

*Custom Menu Builder
Build custom menus for frequently used USSD workflows in the app and save yourself the extra seconds on each transaction. Set it up your way and let M-Agent do the work for you.

*Lock Protection
Your history and your figures are your whole business. Lock Protection keeps them behind your phone's own lock or a separate guard password, so anyone who picks up your phone can't go through them.

*Data Retention, Import & Export
Choose how long M-Agent keeps your records, and back your full history up to a file so it travels with you to a new phone. Exported files are protected — an altered file won't import.
