Streamlined Transaction Flow
Serving a customer typically requires you to move through menus, enter the same numbers over and over and praying you don't accidentally discard your screen.
With M-Agent, just input number once, verify with customer and press once, and M-Agent handles the rest, down toPIN entry- where it prompts you to input your PIN and hands the rest back over to you.
The app will never see, store or touch your agent's PIN in any way.
Mistakes are reduced; long waits are gone. Transactions will be swift.

Already have this customer saved in your contacts? Just tap once and the phone number appears in M-Agent; No need to type numbers over and over. Perfect for agents that deal with same customers day in day out.

Smart Dual SIM Support
It allows you to use two network simultaneously.

Complete Transaction History
Every transaction you perform at the counter gets automatically recorded in the app.
You get access to customer names, numbers, transaction amounts, transaction type, transaction ID, date and time, all neatly organised and instantly accessible.

Transaction Status Tracking:
~ Attempted (red): Manual cancellation or dropped signal by the network provider before pending stage.
~ Pending (yellow): Transaction already processed by agent and awaiting an SMS confirmation from the mobile network provider.
~ Successful (green): SMS from the mobile network provider confirms that the transaction was successful.
~ Failed (gray): Transaction failed to complete verification (if SMS confirmation not received within 10 minutes) or SMS received indicating a failed transaction.
Privacy First: SMS content is never stored, shared, or read by the app. Only used to verify that the transaction was successful or failed.
